Rental Policy
Sanrai provides only main equipment for rental. Accessories like masks, humidifier bottles, cannulas, filters, etc. will have to be purchased by the customer.
This policy ensures that the customers are responsible for their own personal hygiene and safety while using the rental equipment. The customers may consult with us for recommendations on appropriate accessories that are compatible with the rented equipment.
We provide instructions on proper usage and maintenance of the accessories to ensure their longevity and to avoid any damage to the rented equipment. The customer must comply with the instructions provided to ensure that the rented equipment functions optimally and to avoid any penalties or additional charges.
The rental policy is designed to provide the customer with the best possible service while ensuring that Sanrai is not held responsible for any damage caused by the customer's negligence or misuse of the rented equipment or accessories.
Payment Terms
The payment terms for the rental of medical equipment are outlined below:
- Security Deposit: The customer shall deposit a security amount equivalent to the price of the unit and one month's rent as per the monthly rental cycle prior to renting the equipment. This amount can be paid in cash or by cheque.
- Monthly Rental Payments: The first month's rental payment must be made by the customer at the time of delivery and installation. This payment can be made by cash, cheque, demand draft, credit card, or online transfer in favour of "Sanrai Retails" payable at Chandigarh. Subsequent monthly rental payments must be made in advance, as per the monthly rental cycle.
- Penalty for Non-Payment: If a cheque is not honoured, a penalty charge of Rs 500 plus 24% interest for the period for which the amount was not received will be charged.
- Late Payment Penalty: If the customer fails to make a timely payment, a penalty charge of Rs 500 plus 24% interest for the period for which the amount was not received will be charged.
- Retrieval: In the event of a second incident of late payment, Sanrai reserves the right to retrieve the unit from the patient without prior intimation
It is important for the customer to adhere to these payment terms to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted rental experience.
Terms and Conditions for Renting
- Functionality: The customer must ensure the functionality, testing, usage, and comfortability of the equipment before renting it.
- Maintenance: The customer is responsible for maintaining the rental unit in good condition.
- Service Cost Responsibility: If the rental unit experiences functional failure, the customer will bear the service cost if it is established that the damage was due to customer negligence.
- Damage Liability: The customer will be liable for any physical or functional damage to the unit.
- Physical Damage Liability: If the rental unit incurs physical damage due to customer negligence, the customer will have to buy the unit. In such a scenario, half of the rental amount would be adjusted. If the customer does not want to buy the unit, they shall bear the cost of repairs.
- Verbal Communication: Any verbal commitment or communication made by a Sanrai employee will not be legally binding, and the company will only insist on the terms and conditions mentioned in the invoice.
- Liability: Sanrai does not undertake any liability for any loss, including life, caused due to the malfunction of the rental unit or its accessories.
- Ventilator Usage: The use of a ventilator on rent, whether at home or during transportation, will be as per the physician's advice and under the supervision of an ICU nursing assistant arranged by the customer.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes that arise in regards to settlement of claims shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of courts at Chandigarh.
- Prescription: The customer is renting the invoiced equipment exactly as per the prescription of their physician.
- Rent Non-Refundable: The rental amount will not be refunded if the rented machine is returned by the customer prematurely from the agreement period.
- No Sub-Letting: The customer is not allowed to sub-let the machine on rent at any time while being governed by Sanrai terms and conditions.
It is important for the customer to carefully read and understand these terms and conditions before renting medical equipment to avoid any misunderstandings or disputes.
Shipping Policy
At Sanrai, we are committed to ensuring timely and efficient delivery of all orders placed through our website.

Shipping Options
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is via ground shipping with our carrier partners. Delivery times vary based on location.
- Expedited Shipping: For urgent orders, we offer expedited shipping options via air freight. Delivery times for expedited shipping are estimated to be quicker than standard shipping.
Sanrai ships order either through reputed courier services or through our aligned partners located near you. In case of products shipped through courier, you will get the details like Courier Company Name , Airway Bill Number etc so that you can track your consignments.
If you receive your product in a damaged condition, you are advised not to accept it. In case there is any other issue with the product and you accept it, please write a suitable remark in the POD (proof of delivery) document. For more details, please check our Cancellations and Return Policy.
Shipping Locations
We provide our services and deliver products to most major locations throughout India, but certain areas may be excluded due to logistical constraints. To check if we offer delivery to your location, simply enter your Pin Code on the product page of the item you wish to purchase.
Shipping Charges
Sanrai provides free delivery on order value of INR 1500.00 & above, however, in certain cases a minimal shipping charge may apply and these would be for you to review during the checkout for purchase.
Shipping fees are based on the weight and dimensions of the products in your order, as well as the shipping method selected. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. The amount is final, doesn’t have any hidden costs or additional charges, and is therefore non-refundable.
Order Processing

Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on location and are estimated to take between 5 to 7 business days to deliver the product to your location after you complete the order. Cancellations, Return & Replacement Policy
At Sanrai, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We strive to ensure that the products are delivered within 5 business days of placing your order in fully functional condition, free from defects.
Our products are typically delivered in person by our trusted partners located near your delivery address, which minimizes the risk of damage or operational issues. In a few particular cases, Sanrai reserves the right to cancel the order. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:
- Error/Mistake in the product information on our website (error in price, specification, quantity etc.)
- Wrong or incomplete details were provided while placing the order (incomplete address, wrong or no PIN code, phone number, etc.).
- Product not available.
- The delivery address is out of the service area.
Returns
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at +91 73411 03371 or send an email to salespromotion@sanraimed.com Please include your order number and reason for return in your email.
Please ensure that you check the product thoroughly at the time of delivery. You are expected not to accept the product/s with any physical damage, or defect. You have the option of either refusing or accepting delivery after putting the suitable remarks on the POD (proof of delivery) document in case the item(s) you receive is damaged or defective. If there is no such remark about any kind of damage, defect, or missing item; Sanrai would be at liberty to not replace or refund the order.
When initiating the return of a product, at the time of delivery or later, the cancellation rules will be applicable. However, once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the bank account, the details of which you have shared with us. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Replacement
Due to the nature of our products, we discourage returns post satisfactory product delivery. However, if there is any issue with the product, we will be happy to assist you with the right solution like a replacement or the service as the case may be.
We will replace your products till 3 days from the day of delivery. The replacement would be considered in the following circumstances:
- The product delivered was different from what you ordered (different model, size, make, specifications, etc.). All the parts of the product should be intact and in a functional state.
- The product delivered was damaged or defective or used.
- Some parts/accessories of the products were missing
In all the above cases of product replacement, you will be provided with a fresh product. Refunds will be provided only if we are not able to provide you with a replacement product.
Replacement or refund will not be issued under the following conditions:
- The request is made beyond the above specified time frame.
- Missing original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
- You have used the products or the product is damaged in some way after the delivery.
- Product is not in the same condition as you received it.
- Any accessory or consumable item which has been used or installed.
- Serial Numbers of the Products are tampered with or missing.
